Natalia Irmin

Natalia Irmin is the Director of Strategic Data & Media Partnerships for a4 Advertising. With over 10 years of experience working with data in the Defense, Finance, and Advertising industries, Natalia currently leads the a4 Strategic Partnerships team in the development of advanced data and media products in support of the organization’s media planning, buying, and advanced analytics business. Natalia holds an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from Tel Aviv University in Israel.

Ishani Patel

General Manager, Strategy & Business Development, DISH Media

Ishani leads Strategy and Partnerships at DISH Media, where she is responsible for driving ad product innovation and executing growth initiatives across the company’s OTT and Advanced TV footprint. Additionally, she helps drive key Programmer Addressable deals and is dedicated to finding solutions for cross-industry challenges. With over 15 years of experience across Media and Consumer Tech firms, Ishani has a track record of successfully implementing product and pricing strategies to support business growth. Prior to joining DISH, she led pricing at Viacom (now Paramount) and worked as a Telco and Media management consultant at Accenture.

Matt Van Houten

SVP, Product, Operations, and Business Development, DIRECTV Advertising

Matt’s views on media, advertising, technology and innovation come from 15+ years and 360° of industry experience working across the Entertainment and Media sectors at powerful brands (ViacomCBS, WarnerMedia), scaled distributors (AT&T, DirecTV, Xandr), and respected universities (CUNY Baruch College, NYU). Matt has led the growth of multi-billion dollar domestic and international businesses across traditional and emerging media.


As a thought leader, Matt holds several patents and is a two-time EMMY® award winner for his work in advanced advertising. He has consistently built high performing product, strategy & business development teams, has established strategic partnerships in changing media landscapes, has led investment M&A and developed new lines of business, and has enabled revenue growth across national, addressable, local, and programmatic ad sales channels. 


For the past 13 years, Matt has shared his expertise and his perspective in the classroom: he serves as an adjunct professor at the Zicklin School of Business at CUNY Baruch College, where he teaches an advanced media, entertainment and technology course in the school’s Department of Marketing and International Business.


Originally from Orange County, California, Matt graduated magna cum laude from the University of San Diego with a bachelor's degree in Political Science. He is also a former collegiate athlete and WCLL national champion in lacrosse. Matthew earned an MBA in Marketing from CUNY Baruch College. He currently lives in Manhasset, New York with his wife and three sons.
